Hello everyone, My name is LaNora Means. I am more than an evangelist. I'm the head of Ripe Harvest Ministries, LaNora Means Ministries, and Promised Hope Radio. Independant ministries God has blessed me with, and I am certainly thankful ! I was raised in a Christian family deeply rooted in the Pentecostal faith. I was saved at such a young age that even before the age of five I understood what it meant to be saved. I accepted The Lord Jesus Christ into my heart and later at about the age of twelve I was baptized; and, also as a pre-teen, I was baptized with the manifestations of The Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance. I felt the calling on my life to preach and teach God's Word at a young age, but I hid it from everyone with comments of other interests because, God had showed me that I would face some opposition. I studied God's Word in school and church in adult classes even while I was a young child understanding more than they realized. I have had much discouragement when I shared my visions with others of what The Lord showed me I would do. I prayed and trusted The Lord no matter what, even when the persecution was the hardest. I still knew that The Lord was in control of my life no matter what. I did receive encouragement from other believers, but I still don't feel that they understood the full scope of what God was working in my heart since I seemd to be so unqualified in some eyes. I have prayed for The Holy Spirit to have His Way in my life and have been blessed with many gifts He has given me to be used to Glorify His Name and edify the church. I have had many set-backs in my life, attacked with comments, battled down by sickness, and fought by demons; but, God really did miraculous work in my body and my life. Yes, trials still come, but The Lord has never failed to deliver me. I feel led by The Spirit of God to travel anywhere in the world that is open by God's Spirit that I may preach God's Word, invite the lost to accept Jesus, pray for the sick, and God will do miraculous work through The Power of The Holy Spirit seeing healings, deliverances in both soul and body.
